Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Quantum Edge AI (“QEdge”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including our website, dashboard, and any related applications (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

QEdge is a trading performance journal and coaching tool. It allows you to record trades manually or by connecting supported broker accounts, and provides AI-generated analysis intended to help you identify behavioral patterns and process improvements in your trading.

QEdge is not a signal service, market predictor, or trading advisor. Nothing in the Service recommends, endorses, or predicts the outcome of any specific trade or investment. See our Disclaimer for important information about the limits of the Service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Broker & Third-Party Connections

The Service may let you connect third-party brokerage or trading platform accounts (for example, via MetaApi, cTrader, SnapTrade, or TradeLocker) so that your trade history can be imported into your journal automatically. By connecting an account, you authorize QEdge to retrieve your trade history and related account data from that provider on your behalf.

  • QEdge cannot place trades, withdraw funds, or modify your broker account.
  • We only request the level of access (typically read-only trade history) needed to provide the Service.
  • You may disconnect a broker connection at any time from the Broker Connect page. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party broker APIs.

4. AI-Generated Analysis

The Service uses artificial intelligence (including third-party AI providers) to generate scores, observations, and coaching commentary based on the information you provide. AI output is generated automatically, may contain errors or omissions, and reflects patterns in your data — not professional judgment. You should not rely on AI output as the sole basis for any trading or financial decision.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the trade data, journal entries, notes, and chart screenshots you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant QEdge a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, including sending relevant portions of Your Content to AI providers to generate your analysis. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service's infrastructure;
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our written permission;
  • Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or contains malicious code.

7. Subscriptions & Fees

QEdge offers a free tier and a paid “Pro” subscription. The Pro plan is billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. By subscribing to Pro, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

  • Payment processing:Payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. You agree to Stripe's terms of service when you subscribe. QEdge does not store your full card number, expiry, or CVV — that data is held by Stripe.
  • Cancellation:You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account's billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain Pro access until that date. We do not provide partial-month refunds.
  • Refunds: Except as required by applicable law, all fees paid are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate.
  • Free tier limits: Free accounts include up to 30 AI trade analyses (lifetime) and access to the Daily Debrief. Weekly reports, monthly reports, and automatic broker sync require an active Pro subscription.
  • Price changes:We may change the Pro subscription price with at least 30 days' notice delivered through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, software, and underlying technology, is owned by QEdge or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary content beyond what is necessary to use the Service as intended.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT BROKER SYNC, AI ANALYSIS, OR ANY OTHER FEATURE WILL BE ACCURATE OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QEDGE AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT OR AI OUTPUT IT PROVIDES — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN TRADING DECISIONS.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably practicable.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
